I had ordered flowers for my sweetie this past Valentines, and because I hadn’t initially given enough information the delivery had not worked the first time. I got a lovely call from someone asking for the apartment buzz code which I was able to procure and the second attempt went off without a hitch! I am just so grateful for the care that went into making it happen and how incredibly kind and patient everyone was on the phone. It was one of the best customer service experience I have ever had and I am so insanely grateful. AND she loved the flowers too!

This is an $11.99 grocery store bouquet at the very best. Hastily arranged, cheap carnations and daisies (the cheapest flowers available). Never buy from these con jobs or FTD in general. Huge corporations, profit mongering... don't do it. Support your local florist.

Cannot fault your customer service, I made an error in my online booking the night before and was phoned the next morning in New Zealand by Denise who sounded like she did this all the time and it was not a problem. Will definitely use you again.. Thank you from this satisfied customer, and by the way they loved the flowers.

Purchased early in the morning for a mid--afternoon delivery. Did exactly that and the flowers never showed... Why advertise it then? I even called 30 minutes before the end of day for the delivery to check in, and they assured me it would show up. Well it didn’t. Update: They called me two hours later, apologized, and offered to ‘upgrade’ and send it the next day. It is finally delivered and they’re beautiful, but I’m still upset they gave me false hope and ruined my entire Valentine’s Day. I could have planned something else if they warned me it wouldn’t show up. Lesson learned.

I ordered flowers about 1.5 weeks ago to show up the day before mother's day in an effort not to have them arrive on such a busy holiday, but they still haven't arrived and it's 7pm on Mother's day. Not only have they not arrived, but they also didn't bother letting me know about the delay. I haven't heard anything back from the company yet but I'm hoping they make in right, as I had to ask the recipient if they had received the flowers and ruined the surprise completely. Update: They got back to me today (2 days post delivery date) and explained the issue with why the flowers were not delivered as expected as well as offered to delivery the flowers today and provide a credit on my account. While I understand miscommunication around a very busy holiday, it is still very frustrating to be left in the dark, and have to ruin a surprise for someone special in the endeavour to find the missing flowers. Updating from 1-3 stars to reflect the customer service.
M	Meyer Cosman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an orchid plant for a friend’s birthday. It was delivered to her on a very cold Vancouver day and unfortunately the plant arrived frozen. Needless to say it wilted and died within minutes of being inside. They were not taking any calls on the day it was delivered, and their voicemail box was full. I found out later that the shop was closed because of a staff shortage due to COVID. Upon reaching someone the next morning I was assured the plant would be replaced immediately. The person I spoke with was very apologetic and accommodating. She sent out another beautiful plant and even added a box of their specialty chocolates. I highly recommend this florist as they stand by their products, are completely approachable, and offer excellent customer service.

My partner emailed after hours letting them know the flowers were not delivered. I got a call first thing the next morning and they immediately began to get to the bottom of the situation. They were extremely kind and helpful and they didn't make me feel silly once I had realized that the flowers had in fact been delivered when they were expected. On top of all that amazing customer service, the flowers are gorgeous! Beautiful, fresh and fragrant. Receiving this thoughtfully arranged bouquet certainly helped make me feel closer to my partner in Australia during these crazy times.
