★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've purchased several dried arrangements and bouquets here. I love them all but recently had a bad experience with the customer service. Usually an Asian guy is in the shop when I go, he is phenomenal and really makes sure I'm happy with my purchase and have an overall good experience when I leave.
A middle aged white woman was working there today and seemed to continuously give me dirty looks the moment I asked for one plant to be substituted for another in a dried arrangement. She had also changed it to the wrong one- and when I had let her know, she told me "You'll be charged for it anyway because I already cut it". She had not shown me this plant next to the arrangement to be sure I like the substitute. And the policy of "I already cut it so too bad" did not seem to exist before.
I have always loved this shop and the service, but now hope to never encounter that lady again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful, calming flower shop. Very colourful and whimsical arrangements - dried and fresh. They have some really nice ceramic/glass vases and pots too. In my opinion the bouquets are very fairly priced considering how much work goes into preserving each piece (or for the fresh arrangements, the quality of paper and accessories they use).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store with a vase from home - I was unsure what florals would look best. The staff member was really patient while i tried different dried flowers in the vase and were so helpful. The store is beautiful with house plants, pots, vases, dried flowers and fresh flowers. Their arrangements are also stunning. I had a backpack on and the aisles are narrower so be careful when browsing. The pricing for the dried flowers was really reasonable. I will definitely come back in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most gorgeous and freshest bouquet arrangement, the picture speaks for itself. Ordered these for delivery for my mom’s birthday with some instructions on what I wanted (I’m not a florist so I did my best to explain, I doubt it made sense, yet they somehow understood!). My mom loved them and they lasted beautifully for over two weeks because they were so fresh! Delivery was delayed due to the crazy snowfall that early January day but they communicated immediately and kept me in the loop which I appreciated. The first time I walked in the shop with my friend last year, we both immediately fell in love with it and I have made many purchases in store since then and the customer service is always amazing and their attention to detail is unparalleled. Every time I’ve ever bought flowers from Cream Mint the recipient has loved them, they are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Cream Mint Florist for your stunning arrangements and your excellent service! Had excellent buying experience everytime, and their customer service is also top-notch. I asked many stupid plant maintaining questions, but they were always caring and helpful. Such a wonderful florist store in the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cutest floral shop with the most passionate owner! Wen Wen the owner worked with me to create the perfect bouquet for my sisters convocation and even took pics and notes of my inspo. The result was stunning and very reasonably priced.
They have a large variety of dried and fresh flowers which makes me so happy when I walk in ☺️ will be back for sure!
