★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joined last summer. The people are friendly and great sense of community. Great for racing keelboats and just cruising. Also the location is the best. Great view of the city skyline and right off of lakeshore. No water taxi required to get to the club. I only wish there were more people in my age group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to book sailing lessons with the NYC this summer, which based on their website, they were offering. Over a period of 7 weeks, I emailed and called and received inconsistent responses at best. I was told at one point my emails were going to a spam folder, but the problem was not rectified and my subsequent emails continued to go unanswered. I finally gave up, and emailed them one final time to inform them of their poor communication, in case it wasn't already clear that this was an issue. Still haven't heard from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful spot on the water! Excellent customer service from all the staff! Everyone is so friendly, the food is amazing!!! Definitely a perfect spot to have a drink or dinner on their amazing patio as you watch the boats sail by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic city-side location with a fabulous dining room, best docks, comprehensive learn to sail, cruising and racing programs. Located next to waterfront trail, Ontario Place. The members are friendly and come from all walks of life. Did I mention parking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly atmosphere. Good facilities. Lots of member involvement in the club including a great racing program. Good for people learning to sail or crew as there is plenty of opportunity to get on other people's boats. Easy to get to with parking available (no tender to deal with). Reasonable costs relative to other clubs.
