★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SelfCare is amazing! We have had fantastic personalized service from SelfCare...We were very impressed with their home service. My mother needed a walker and nothing seemed to work for her needs...The girls at SelfCare came to her apartment and delivered three walkers for her to try. When those three were not suitable, they brought more. My mom was very impressed and so were we. She now has the perfect walker for her particular needs. Please give them a try...you will not be disappointed:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It started with my mother breaking her hip in 2013. We had self care install hand holds in the shower and purchased a bench to use while bathing. Eventually we rented a walker when she got back on her feet. They have an excellent program which applies a portion of the rent towards the purchase, which we took advantage of. Recently my father has had some health issues and we have been back to purchase a couple of items and rent a mobility chair. Their products are high quality and reasonably priced. I have been dealing with Jennifer and she is very kind, compassionate and patient, not to mention knowledgeable of their product line. She takes the time to go over all the options. I couldn't be happier with the service and recommend Self Care without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jennifer who assisted my father and I was one of the kindest and most attentive sales representatives we have encountered in a long time. Her knowledge base of the various items we were purchasing was amazing and she directed us to items that would be suited for my dad, in his situation. I’m sure she could have easily up-sold us to fancier products, with greater markups, but she asked what was needed and listened intently. She directed us to the appropriate products for my dad with no extra bells and whistles, only the solid safe equipment he required. Thanks again to Jennifer and the staff at SelfCare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I had to purchase nighttime protective underwear for my 94 year old mother because the poor caregivers were having to change all her bedding every morning. I tried to get information from a well known pharmacy in North Vancouver that specializes in home care products where I have been a good customer for years but no one even bothered to return my call . I called Self Care and Jennifer answered my call and offered me advice & a few samples. With her help, I found the right combination for my mom and the caregivers are so relieved as am I. We appreciate Jennifer's patience and caring attitude. Thank you Self Care and most of all Jennifer!

The tech team is friendly and skilled. We’ve recently purchased both a bed and a pathway ramp. The bed is perfect and the tech team made sure we knew how everything worked once it was put together. When installing the ramp, they put in extra time and worked around dense shrubs and existing railings. The ramp looks amazing and the team did a fantastic job. Thank you, Self Care!

I required new tires which had to ordered in as well as work on the motor. At each step of the way the team members explained the process. I felt the bill was reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. Their client care is genuine. Much gratitude to this team!
