Amir fundamentally understands the challenges involved with seniors' aging-in-place, and he does his best to attend to the needs of his clients (in terms of cost, recommendations, delivery time frames, etc.). Whether by phone, email, or in-person, Amir's approach to customer service made me and my family feel supported, taken care of, and, most of all, understood. Amir and the Advanced Medical Team have done two separate installations at our home in South Surrey. The installation(s) were perfect and remain so ... the look in both our ensuite and guest bathroom are beautiful. The prices were very fair. Our neighbours and guests have all made the most positive comments on the quality of the equipment and the installation. We highly recommend this company.

Amir was very patient in answering all my questions before we ordered the Hospital Bed. He was prompt and courteous in returning my calls and emails. The Hospital Bed was delivered and installed at my Mom's home on schedule and with care. We are very happy with the Hospital Bed. I strongly recommend Advanced Medical and Amir.
