I usually do not write reviews, but this time I found it necessary. This past long weekend, back in May, I was involved in a bad car accident on my way to a wedding, on a Sunday with my daughter on board. Needless to say, I was worried about getting a car on a long weekend and getting to the wedding on time. Long story short, with the help of the admin staff who were kind enough to look after me on a Sunday afternoon, I was able to make my wedding on time. I guess it is human nature to have doubt when it comes to working with a company that you have never worked before, especially when it comes to working on your car. Well let me tell you, even though the parts took a bit longer to arrive I was always kept updated and was not promised anything that they couldn’t deliver. When I finally got my car, I couldn’t believe that it had been in an accident. I read some of the reviews that National Collision Shop has and I found it necessary to write a true and honest review. I was taught that you have to give credit where credit is due. Thank you guys for such a great work !!!

I can't recommend this location to fix a vehicle that has unfortunately been in an accident....enough. I highly recommend National collision center. My car was taken to their autoshop after an accident, and everyone was so helpful. I was given a rental car immediately (for which my insurance paid, but National Collision told me that I would not have to pay a cent if it went over the insurance limit). My car itself was fixed with genuine parts, and they even delivered the ready car to my home/office (and I am located far away). The guy (Mike) who towed me initially to the bodyshop was also exceptionally helpful. If you need a bodyshop don't look further...these guys are excellent.

Just picked up my Mustang. Yes they took a long time but I'm very happy with the overall repair. I would recommend.

I was recently referred to National Collision Center by my mechanic. I was so happy with their prompt service and their helpful advise. They gave us multiple options dependent on our priorities and budget. Also they were really friendly and patient while we went over our options. I would recommend them to anyone. Although I hope not to damage my Honda CRV again anytime soon (knock on wood) I'll be happy to bring my business to them again in the event that I do. Shout out to Milo (owners dog) who kept me company while I waited :)

SCAMMERS. Avoid. All the good reviews are fake. Read below. These guys hold our car hostage. I’m about to go the media. The insurance companies also know these guys are scammers. Tow truck / repair scammers. DO NOT take your car here. They ignore court orders.

My experience with National has been very positive. They were very honest to me about my repair options and did not force their preferences on me. I went through my insurance company to cover the cost of repairs/replacements. National is enrolled in Parts Bridge Program, so I could get OEM parts for my car. I just picked up my car and drove for about 30 minutes to home. I did not notice anything troublesome. The new parts were aligning perfectly with my car and the paint job is excellent too. I will get a better feel about my car when I drive longer and I hope my experience remains positive. Lori, John, Paul and whole team were very professional and considerate. Thank you team National.

I was cheated by this garage. The truck driver and the manager told me that my car will end in 15 days but I received my car after 29 days and lost a lot of money because my job stopped as an Uber driver 29 days for a little damage like this !!!

My car was towed to them by Nationwide Towing and I was told that "National Collision Center was the best in Toronto and that they would have my car looking brand new with all manufacture parts". Initially, I asked the tow truck driver to go to another collision center of my own choice and he insisted on going to National Collision Center. I came to find out that the tow truck drivers get more money if they brings cars to them ... figures. When they dropped off my car, I was told that my car would take around 3-4 weeks to fix. I waited two an and a half months and it still wasn't fixed. When I finally went to go pick up my car, National Collision Center told me everything was good. The car seemed fine until I drove a block away from the shop and my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Come to find out the front sensors weren’t fixed and my adaptive headlights were not fixed as well. My inside cabin lights were not working and my brand new seat cover that I had left on the seat when the car was dropped off was completely ripped off and stashed away in my trunk. In this time I was rear ended before bringing the car back to fix the issues and they told me they would all be fixed. I specifically informed them not to touch the rear of the car at all as that damage was caused by the rear end accident and that it would be fixed elsewhere. The car had to be taken to Volkswagen to fix all of the other issues. This took another 3 days to fix. National Collision Center called me to come back in because the car was all fixed. so I went and the car seemed fine til AGAIN I drove a block away and the Adaptive headlights, which I was told would be fixed, were STILL not working. One of the workers there, named Paul, told me that the adaptive headlights did not work because of my REAR sensors not working. This does not makes sense since I had these issues before my rear sensors stopped working. In the most unprofessional tone, Paul told me to take it to Volkswagen to repair the sensors. To my understanding, is it not the collision center’s job to have this all arranged and done? Are THEY not the ones responsible for fixing anything wrong with the car that was caused due to the collision? Were they going to pay me to do their job for them? I advise you strongly to …. stay away! Never will I tell anyone to do business there again. They were extremely unprofessional and unreliable, My brand new car that I just recently bought came out of there with the same issues it had when it was taken in. Absolutely horrible service, they never called me on an update on the vehicle, the rental car they gave me was not safe to drive with multiple flat tires and unable to be driven on the highway.
