★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception was very rude and didn't acknowledge that myself and another person were waiting for 8 minutes while she laughed and talked on the phone about shovelling snow with her daughter, because her husband works for the Township and leaves early for work. The place was empty except for the two of us waiting . It was 1315 on a Monday afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this clinic a 0 if I could. I don’t know if it’s the receptionist or my doctor but I’ve had a lot of problems with this clinic just trying to get through to my doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give this clinic 5 stars but I've had mostly bad experiences. My doctor made a mistake that cost me $500 out of pocket, when I made an appointment with him I ended up getting somebody else who wasn't qualified for what I needed help with, and I find some of the receptionists rude especially on the phone. Unfortunately it's extremely hard to find a doctor in this area, I actually live quite far from this clinic and I have no other options to switch to, I've been on a waiting list for another clinic for about 1 year now.
