Elle est agressive et il ne faut surtout pas la contredire. C’est une diva qui n’utilise pas les moyens technologiques actuels et qui ne parle que de ce que ça lui coûte et attend les appels plutôt que d'être proactive pour trouver des acheteurs. Très déçus de notre expérience avec elle. She dangles offers that are not there to keep her clients when a mandate is renewed. She is aggressive and it is important not to contradict her. She is a diva who does not use current technological means and who only talks about what it costs her and waits for calls rather than being proactive in finding buyers. Very disappointed with our experience with it.

Nous étions plusieurs dans une chaine de ventes de propriétés (4) et a cause des délais imposés par les inspections et approbations bancaires de nos acheteurs, cela a été très compliqués. Sans Nathalie et ses efforts, son leadership, son professionnalisme sans faille dans l'adversité, j'aurais abandonné. C'était la deuxième propriété que Nathalie vendait pour nous, et la première vente a également été difficile dû à un dégâts d'eau avant le passage chez le notaire. Nathalie a su convaincre nos acheteurs d'attendre la fin des travaux de remise en condition de la propriété. Nathalie n'a jamais perdu de vue l'objectif notre projet, sait se montrer convaincante et gère ses dossiers avec grande diligence. Je ne saurais mieux la recommander. We were several in a chain of property sales (4) and due to the delays imposed by the inspections and bank approvals of our buyers, it was very complicated. Without Nathalie and her efforts, her leadership, her unfailing professionalism in the face of adversity, I would have given up. It was the second property that Nathalie sold for us, and the first sale was also difficult due to water damage before going to the notary. Nathalie was able to convince our buyers to wait until the end of the restoration work on the property. Nathalie has never lost sight of the objective of our project, knows how to be convincing and manages her files with great diligence. I couldn't recommend her better.
