Elle nous l'a fait à 2 reprises et si elle se présente elle est en retard. Ne lui faites pas confiance. Bravo d'employer des personnes aussi incompétente. Ercilia Daoud is one of the worst agents I've met. She makes requests to visit and never shows up. She did it to us twice and if she shows up she is late. Do not trust him. Bravo to employ people as incompetent.

J’ai été extrêmement déçu du manque de retours d’appels au moment ou j’en avais le plus besoin, et ce malgré plusieurs messages vocaux laissés. L’ancien propriétaire m’a remis les clés d’une maison extrêmement salle (j’ai eu besoin de louer deux fois des camions pour sortir les déchets qui sont restés derrière lui), par ailleurs, il y avait un vice caché que je me suis débrouillé de réparer sans aucune intervention de l’agent - malgré mes nombreux appels pour avoir son assistance. Tout ce qui l’intéressait, c’était que j’affiche sa pancarte « vendu » à l’extérieur de la maison pendant un certain temps, chose que j’ai fait par sympathie et par courtoisie car l’ancien propriétaire avait refusé de le faire. C’est très dommage de garder ces souvenirs de cette expérience car au final, je suis très satisfait de ma nouvelle maison, mais pas du tout du processus d’achat.
