★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad service. they will not order paint, and their custom paint tech is either on vacations or leaving early, and they never try to accomodate. looks like they don't want my business. happens in other UAP/NAPA stores as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My disappointment concerns my experience with a Napa store located on blvd Newmann in LaSalle. I had to deal with them twice and both times I was very unsatisfied with the service. Here's what happened: I made online reservation on January 26, 2018 for 4 spark plugs to be picked up at LaSalle store. I called them on Sunday - they don't have it. Then I called on Tuesday, 30th - they don't have it, but the salesperson I was talking to told me that they're going to order them from the warehouse and I could pick up them tomorrow. In 10 minutes got a call from them saying i have to pay first! So, what's the point to reserve online since i have to visit the store two times???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for top quality breaks and was asked if I'm racing my car on a daily basis.
Pretty much the fellow behind the counter was rude and gave me a price to discourage me to order or come back. I tried another location and was treated accordingly and bought my parts and completed my job.
My one star is for the poor service at the location and not Napa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely super service, right from the start, I was asked what was my project. Since I was doing a car restoration, I was asked about all the details of the job so they could offer me the best primer, basecoat and clearcoat. They gave me tons of tips on things I sometimes did not know. They truly are passionate. I highly recommend this place for all your automotive paint needs.
