Very bad atmosphere .. negative and in addition we feel like beggars ... 45 min loss of time for Honoré a guarantee to make me say that he was doing me a favor ... hey the clown it is me who do you a favor by going to buy at home .... A	Alain Lavigne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pratiquement impossible d'obtenir les items en spécial dans la circulaire .Certains commis n'appreci pas la carte CAA et ne la demande pas au moment des achats et n'appreci pas non plus qu'ont leur demande de commender les spéciaux non disponible en magasin .Les bon de réduction des fournisseurs sont compliqué à obtenir. Ils nous réfère au site internet, mais la plupart du temps, ils n'y a qu'eux qui peuvent nous les obtenir, donc une deuxième visite au magasin pour un même problème. Très mauvaise ambiance au service au comptoir avec un des commis les plus vieux . Certaines de mes connaissances resorte du magasin quand un des commis en particulier est présent au comptoir car il savent qu'on vont obtenir un très mauvais service sans sourire et sans égard au clients devant lui.Ayant déjà été gérant d'un garage Autopro, je sais que ça ne serai pas accepter par UAP NAPA si jamais il était au courant de ces façon de faire . Très décevant malheureusement. Almost impossible to obtain the special items in the flyer. Some clerks do not appreciate the CAA card and do not ask for it at the time of purchase, nor do they appreciate their request to order specials not available in store. Suppliers' coupons are difficult to obtain. They refer us to the website, but most of the time, only they can get it for us, so a second visit to the store for the same problem. Very bad atmosphere at the counter with one of the oldest clerks. Some of my acquaintances come out of the store when one of the clerks in particular is present at the counter because he knows that we are going to get a very bad service without smiling and without regard to the customers in front of him.Having already been the manager of an Autopro garage, I know that it will not be accepted by UAP NAPA if ever he was aware of this way of doing things. Very disappointing unfortunately.
c	christian lavalliere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service pourri ,prends une commande , supposé me rappeler le lendemain mais rien toujours 4 jours ,et quand tu rappel ,au bout de 15 min. sa raccroche,c clair je vais aller ailleurs maintenant ,je perdrai plus mon temps Rotten service, take an order, supposed to call me back the next day but still nothing 4 days, and when you call back, after 15 min. he hangs up, it's clear I'm going to go elsewhere now, I won't waste my time anymore
