Service tres ordinaire un samedi matin par un gars qui a l'air pourri dans sa job avec une coupe longueil... j'avais l'impression de déranger sa conversation pas rapport avec un autre client! En plus j'y dis très clairement ce que j'ai besoin et me répond avec un ton condescendant qui a pas l'image de ma suspension dans son ordi. C'était pourtant claire ce que j'avais besoin et j'avais été ailleurs avant et le gars a compris ce que j'avais besoin en 2 secondes. Sérieux pire expérience ever dans un auto part!!! Mais c'est un mal pour un bien pcq sa ma enlever le goût d'acheter la et j'ai acheté mes pièces sur amazon et j'ai payer 20$ au lieu de 50$ pour une marque de qualité égale ou supérieure!!!
I have been in the past and it was good, but I could !! Very ordinary service on a Saturday morning by a guy who looks rotten in his job with a long haircut ... I had the impression of disturbing his conversation with no relation to another client! In addition I say very clearly what I need and answer me with a condescending tone that does not have the image of my suspension in his computer. It was however clear what I needed and I had been elsewhere before and the guy figured out what I needed in 2 seconds. Serious worst experience ever in an auto part !!! But it's a bad thing for a good pcq its my take away the taste of buying it and I bought my parts on amazon and I pay $ 20 instead of $ 50 for a brand of equal or better quality !! !
