After a nightmare across the street at Canadian Tire I found this place. The staff and the owners are very friendly and helpful & the work was second to none!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible staff and service. We were towed in while on vacation. I had noticed a piece of metal grinding on the rim and got a little spooked. It turned out to be just a piece of shielding (no big deal at all, amateur mistake), but at the time I didn't want to risk the family's safety in case it was something serious. The staff/owner made space for us on a busy day (said they hate to see people stranded), carefully looked the vehicle over and test drove it, topped up the battery and showed me the problem to reassure me that all was well. They didn't make me feel stupid at all, even though it was a really silly misdiagnosis on my part. They were really thoughtful, really thorough and would only take $20 for their time. They knew they'd never see me again and could have really taken advantage (I've seen it happen to others at different garages), but instead provided incredible service and reassurance. Great spot - wish we lived closer so I could be a regular. Thank you Top Tech!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good mechanic but a warning ; the staff is all anti vax and don’t wear masks.
Edit to reply to owner: The staff legitimately stated they do not believe in vaccines and refused to wear masks. So no, they do not "do everything they can" to keep their customers safe.

They were able to address and fix problems that we have not been able to resolve in 2 years with other shops. They book you in and take your vehicle in at its scheduled appointment time. Extremely clean and professionally run shop. We highly recommend Top Tech!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was more wrong with my car after they were done fixing it my engine light and traction control light was on and they were not on when I brought it in, but they said they were all on. Cost me $890.00 and I had to bring it to another mechanic. I do not recommend using napa
