★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sure it's a great place that's why it has great reviews, however I was very disappointed with my calling experience 30 mins ago I'm not the type of person to write reviews much but the lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude with us. She asked us a question we answered it and ws just wanted to know how something regarding an AC was installed and she was very rude about it. I found a radiator that was cheaper by 200 dollars as well then this place.
I'm sure she was having a bad day or something but that's no excuse to speak to customers like that ESPECIALLY when we were not being rude at all we were simply asking a question.

Price is so expensive almost 5 times the actual price.
they have low quality china products, they don't carry German or US head lights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location seem to have a lot of inventory. They do rely on their Montreal location to ship a lot of items and online orders. I had a bit of delay in having my order set aside and ready for pick up. The person on the counter was kind enough to put the order together quickly. I will try ordering another time to see how things work out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For some reason at non public hours, this location seems to have a never-ending noise production. Delivery trucks before 6am, loud banging at 4am, vehicle backing up alert, and strangely buzzing noise I can FEEL from my bedroom. It's hard enough living in an area that borders onto a main road, but businesses no longer respecting residences seem to really represent the respect level they cater to the community.
Please be aware that you are causing quite a bit of disturbance and to desist and operate at normal hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before buying parts for cars from anywhere else, I always check out NAPA because they have so many service lines that are made by reputable manufacturers. This store is one of the larger warehouses I've seen but the customer service has been great and they usually have stock of non-specialized items you may need (oil filters, air filters etc.). Their ProSelect line is great for most applications, whereas the Gold (mid grade) and platinum (ultra high end) are worth their price too. Definitely an option to consider when doing repair work for the DIY-er.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the store beforehand to check the stock of a product I needed seeing as every other store in Mississauga was sold out. I specifically asked the guy to check if the product was physically in the store and he told me that it was. I spend half an hour driving out to Napa only to find out that it's completely sold out. Extremely lazy staff. You can't trust their website if it says that a product is in stock. You can't trust the people at the front desk to even check if the product is stocked. Absolutely horrible experience.

I ordered spark plugs from the Etobicoke location, but they are only open until 4 so I decided to go somewhere else for them.
I then ordered them from this location and the sales person said they would be here by 12 next day no problem.
4:30 pm: not in stock, order not filled.
Last time I'm dealing with Napa.
