Every class touches on creating wellbeing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. From yoga to meditation classes and increadible retreats. Namaste Yoga gets my best review of yoga in the Salmon Arm area. Keep up the great work!

Nancy's yoga lessons provide a complete package that not only strengthens and tones our body and makes it more flexible, it also connects us to our spirit. Yoga relieves stress, eases the mind and makes you more aware. I could definitely recommend it to everyone.
