★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic hot yoga studio. They use infrared heat and a humidifier to create the perfect heated space, making it possible to get so much deeper into a stretch then in a cold studio. I enjoy both the power and restorative classes I attend there. They have a great mix of classes all through the week and a variety of different teachers, so students can find the best "fit" for them and their personal level of practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did five yoga classes with Shauna in the summer at Grattitude Yoga. Fabulous! Wonderful! Amazing!
The studio is beautiful and clean. They have shower/change rooms and they supply shampoo and body wash which was a definite bonus as I was camping. Shauna led us through a series of workouts that were challenging but she gave a lot of options for those of us who are not quite so flexible or strong.
I would highly recommend this studio.
