★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember coming through here a couple years ago, and distinctly recall this restaurant. Today I was able to visit it again, and it did not disappoint. I went with two others, and between the three of us we feasted on vegetable samosas, vegetable pakora, two orders of garlic naan, baingan bharta, butter chicken and lamb rogan josh. There is nothing here that I would not get again, as it was all absolutely flavourful and delicious. I would highly recommend sharing dishes so as to indulge to the wonderful array of flavours. The degree of spicyness was perfectly suited to our liking—on a scale of five, we ordered a three, which left it to feel authenticly indian and yet something we could all easily handle and enjoy. The restaurant itself was dimly lit, which created a nice calm ambience and resulted in quite a pleasant atmosphere. The waitress that helped us was very friendly and kind. I can definitely see making a point to treat myself to this food next time I am in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just moved from Saskatchewan to Salmon Arm and were very excited to try this restaurant. We contacted the restaurant before placing an order to see which items could be made vegan. They were very helpful in accommodating our request. We ordered, Dal Fry, Aloo Gobi, Mushroom Matar, rice, pakora’s, samosa’s , naan & roti. The food was phenomenal. We highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally! I first saw namaste restaurant a few years ago.. I’m not sure I ever would have noticed it had I not traveled to Nepal four years ago.. I dream of going back to Nepal often, so today, I went in for lunch…. Oh my, oh my, oh my.. I felt like I was back in Nepal- I ordered a dish I had tasted when I was in Nepal, it was just as good!
I didn’t want to leave- Thank you!

The staff were friendly. The server mentioned that the menu in white is about to be revised.
Its a great place to bring a date, watxh some rugby or potentially other sport and grab a vegan option.
