★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place, the stops are great and there is always a good selection of fresh, organic produce. Often they bring in local vegetables as well which is great.
Love the staff in the vitamin / Healthy Living section! Incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile by doing research and bringing in products for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite great food store. Everything I need at a great price. Great organic produce. Good selection of organic dairy. Extensive selection of supplements. Both the Parksville and Qualicum stores are well organized and clean. They also offer the best cup of coffee in Qualicum! Freshly ground and perfectly brewed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop at other store in parksville couple days before and it was really nice. I went here on Sunday as closer to my house and the cashier seemed to not really care I was there. They weren’t social distancing with customers much and I was shocked how unfriendly their cashier was. I am sorry but will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went in for a coffee , went to pay the cashier wouldn’t let me pay until I went and told the barista my order who was beside me and the cashier which was perfectly fine then after paying for said Latte
(which the barista witnessed) she then refused to hand me my coffee until i got my paper receipt from the Trash Bin
it was almost humorous being bullied by two cashiers after I told them what a terrible process with such a back and forth over a 3 dollar latte
as I stated the above the cashier decides to add the most condescending tone I’ve heard from someone in customer service by saying..
( thanks for your comments today ) if this place had some some actual people who understood their job role this would've been avoided by Karen the Cashier
their job isn’t to be rude it’s to be helpful. EPIC FAIL !!!!!
She also said the DEBIT machine gives you two minutes to pay which is a blatant lie , cashiers making stuff up to suit their situation is just ridiculous and absurd . she just kept digging herself a hole .
These individuals just sucked at their jobs in every aspect especially the customer service side .
Thanks for another reason not to shop in Qualicum kudos and bravo to your staff .
The 4 star RATING are from when they had great staff almost half a decade ago all those people primarily left for greener pastures.
This place has terrible employees and cashiers .
I'd just go to Eat Fresh in Parksville if I was any logical person , the foods fresher , the produce is better , to think of it almost everything is of a higher standard or at least adhered to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke! This store puts on a front about health but they sell facemasks that I would not let my dog wear! Not to mention that their staff does not wear their masks correctly. Saw two staff members with their nose uncovered.
