★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem to charge a different price for the same thing every time I go, even though the prices are posted. They always charge more than the posted price as well. I went with a friend this time and her nails were chipped within hours of being done. The girl who did my pedicure did a good job, that is pretty much the only redeeming part of my visit. I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took two ten yr old girls ... one for her first pedicure. She hates her feet being touched . They were amazing with the girls and very kind and gentle with the first timer that she cannot wait to go back . Cost was average . Well worth the kindness and respect .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helen has been doing my nails for over a year. I followed her here from another salon. She always does a great job on my nails. She does bio gel and all types of acrylic. This salon in clean and quiet. They usually have 4 people working so can accommodate walk ins, groups and special requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a set of acrylic nails. When I left the first time I had only glanced at them because they have always been fantastic when I get my nails done here. When I looked closer none of them where the same length and many were not straight or had the same shape. I went back to have Julie fix them which she did but tried to tell me they didn't look straight because of how I was looking at them. She "fixed" them with a little reshaping and another coat of polish. They look worse now than they did initially. I know I could have gone back yet again but frankly I don't have the time to have them redone a third time. Now I have nails that are all different shapes, splotchy colour, different lengths, and whatever is happening with my one index finger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are great! They’re so nice and do a fantastic job. I had a man do my nails which has historically been weird but at Nails First it was professional and really great! They’re also really good listeners for making sure you get what you want.
Also the chairs for pedicures are massage chairs - which is amazing! I had my fingers and toes done at the same time and felt like royalty.
