Diana and her team did an amazing job installing 22KW generator in my cottage. Everything was done professionally and i'm satisfied with the results.

Met with a couple of helpful fellas at the spring Lindsay home show. We just moved into a place with a gen backup and was curious about maintenance, upkeep as well as a tune up as I was sure it had never had one. Was told to give them a call and they'd have someone come out. We had a number of projects going through the summer that took priority, but as fall approached I wanted to get the generator serviced. Unfortunately, couldn't find their card/remember the name (but did remember how solid the fella was at the show and wanted to give these guys a shout). So I contacted the Lindsay fairground office to find a list of vendors from earlier that year and was able to get the number and name of The Generator Centre. Gave them a call on Oct 24th and was told by a relatively polite although quite matter of fact woman, that "no one is coming out this week" - point blank. Pushing gently to see when someone could take a look I was told next week someone would call to set up an appointment and that I didn't even need to be there for the service, which would be $150.00. I made it crystal clear I would be there (we own Dobermans who need us around when strangers come onto our property), and that I had questions. As my schedule was so flexible, I told them to call with any time and I could make it work. As Nov 1 rolled around I hadn't heard back - so called and left a message. The next day I was called by the lady I spoke with earlier and told they were busy and it wouldn't be this week. Mentioning to her that's what I'd been told over a week ago, her matter-of-factness turned direct, almost abrupt - and she made it clear it would be "some time next week". Again I reiterated I would be here for the call. Nov 2 we came back from town to find an invoice in the door for $325.00 - for service I didn't witness and a battery I never approved. My wife called the Generator Centre to ask what this was about and was on the phone with the lady I'd spoken to when I came in, who was misdirecting my wife on the details of the convo I had with her. I hopped on the phone to find out why someone had come on the property without permission (luckily the dogs were inside), and she told me I never discussed it with her. As we've had more than a 1/2 dozen projects completed this year, companies can verify I'm always there, partly because I'm curious about the work and ask questions as they pertain to maintenance/what to watch for - from electrician to a septic pump; I want to know how my systems work & start relationships with the companies that service them. Reminding her of our call, the lady scolded me saying it was today OR next week, (false as my schedule didn't permit Friday and I would've made tweaks to be around). As I told her she was incorrect and this was not the convo we had a day earlier she raised her tone and talked over me. Apparently they were in town for the Lindsay fall home show and had been setting up and she figured she'd swing out to service during a break. I told her I too was at the fairgrounds that day & questioned why no one called me before the visit and mentioned she had no right to just walk around back - she became irate. Annoyed by the missed opportunity to discuss with a pro; basic maintenance and use, setting test times, increased capabilities for future, etc. While they would come once a year to service, what levels do I need to fill, keep clean, filter, wash - necessary convo to have and part of what I consider the service call. This lady was proud to tell me the unit was filthy & hadn't been serviced (hence the reason I called them) and they had to replace the battery. Getting annoyed at her revision to facts and deflections I stated out right this wasn't approved work and was told the bill is due immediately. I said this wasn't the work of the guy I spoke to at the home show and was told "I hope you go talk to him and see what happens" and then hung up on me. Real shame she's speaking to customers - the work they did looks fine, but her deceit with my wife/billing and approach undermines them. Shame.

Excellent, prompt, efficient and proactive maintenance service for my Generac Ecogen 6KW generator. As I'm totally off-grid, reliable operation and performance of this generator is critical to keeping my house from freezing up in Winter. Diana and her team provides this service. Highly recommended.

Outstanding, knowledgeable service. I have never met a person who gives such prompt competent, reliable service in any of the service fields we have dealt with. Today Diane was able to help me do a reset on our generator by myself by walking me through it on the phone with clear, vivid step by step instructions. Couldn't be more pleased.

Called on Christmas Eve and left a message about an OverCrank alarm on my generator. Not expecting to hear back until after the holidays, but I was contacted promptly by Diana and walked me through resetting this alarm so it would be ready to run. She also scheduled me for a maintenance service in a couple weeks, but to my surprise she came this morning and completed as well as changed a faulty battery. Very impressed with the service, and would definitely recommend.

Great place for all your generator needs. Amazing staff must check it out! Great if you're camping as there's been a lot owlf power outages. Highly recommended

I'm very fussy when it comes to spending money, Diana was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and took her time explaining what had to be done, what my options where and how much it would cost. SOLD. Her staff and teams where efficient and mannered and Diana handled everything. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that may not know how to proceed. You will be highly satisfied with the results. Fifth day of power outage.....this generator is better then a pool for attracting friends LOL. Peace of mind for the future and I know I can rely on Diana to keep it that way.
