As someone who is immunocompromised and has intent on selling a home in the foreseeable future, I cannot consciously use or recommend this company when they purposely choose to employ people who have such callus disregard for human live and basic human decency.

I initially saw an ad in the Peterborough Examiner Homes pages for a "Free opinion of value" and made the call. The Real Estate Agent I chose was Patrick Mc Auley and I am so glad that I did! He was absolutely wonderful! Patrick's professionalism, caring and easy-going attitude, and sense of humour eased the stress dramatically. He had the house conditionally sold within hours. It was amazing! Patrick made the whole process of selling the house go smoothly. He was very understanding and informative, which helped immeasurably during the decision making of what would normally have been a highly stressful, high-pressure, multiple offer scenario. I will definitely be recommending Bowes & Cocks Ltd. and more specifically, Patrick Mc Auley, to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home in as little time and with as little stress as possible. Inspite of having Jessica throughout, Jeff was surprisingly pretty involved in some of the work as well and that's what made this a unique and pleasant experience. They were pretty much...a buy one get one free deal, no complaints there. Never was there a moment when we felt we were going through this phase alone, and as stressful buying and selling a property may be, they are always there to make sure you don't feel it. They gave us great advice and had our backs all the time. Protecting the client and great negotiation skills seemed to be ingrained in their work ethics. It mattered not if it was a Sunday or midnight, Instant responses and immediate action was never a second thought. Their seamless communication and coordination with all the parties involved including the cooperating realtor, my mortgage broker, lawyer and banker....kept everyone in the loop and on their toes throughout.This is the fifth property we have been through, and we have experienced different levels of service from various realtors. I have bought and sold many properties and Matt by far has been the best agent I have ever used. My wife and i were in the market for a cottage and we decided to go with someone who knew the area well. We found Matt Clark from another listing he had and we decided to use him as our realator. We are so ever grateful the we made that decision. Matt was so easy to work with. He understood our needs and was with us every step of the way. Not once did we ever feel pressured.
