A year later, we were finally ready to purchase our first home and we knew we wanted Jessica to be our realtor. Jessica is knowledgeable, friendly, receptive, and readily available. I would message Jessica at all hours of the day, and I was never left waiting to hear back from her; she always responded very quickly. In the last year during these crazy COVID times, I bought, sold, and bought another home that I love, thanks to Jessica and Jeff. Those that are in this current market are aware of the uncertainty, however Jessica and Jeff always had great advice when it came to making offers. They listened and accepted my bottom line and didn’t try to convince me to commit to more. They also diplomatically told me when I was way off in terms of expectations. I did not know this team before I started this process, I luckily found them online. I can say with certainty that I have complete trust in Jessica and Jeff and will continue to hire them should circumstances change.
