R	Ryleigh Switzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This nail salon is the worst I've ever been too. For one they can't do anything but a simple colour if you want a design it's what they want not what you want. Personally if people are paying for this service you should able to provide it for them in the way THEY want it. Two, if you ask someone if they can do what you want they should tell you yes or no, every time I go here and ask for something they "say" they can do it ALWAYS ends up awful. Go take some classes or something to ACTUALLY learn how to provide people with the service they want!

I recently had gel nails done for the first time, even though I've always had very strong, fast growing nails. Well no longer. I had them removed because my nails grow too fast and I can't go weekly for fills, but the way he took them off was so wrong. He basically ripped them off, instead of soaking them, severely damaging my natural nails. Now my nails are soft and breaking below the quick and my friends are asking wth happened to my hands. My fingernails look deformed. It will take months for me to get them healthy again.
E	Emma Isabella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go here to get my nails done but have always had issues. The lady was on facetime while doing my nails another time i was cut 5 times and bled finally my nails are chipping after 3 days and one fell off after a week :( time to find another place.

I tried to ask him to even it out and he spoke a different language to the woman who was there and then reluctantly did what I asked. When I tried to get him to fix something else (because I know how I like my nails and don't want to spend $50 for horrible nails) and he asked me if I had a "hot temper" even though I was very polite when I asked. Then I was charged for a top coat that I didn't even get and had the paint chipping off after 3-4 days. I wouldn't go here again.
K	Kerri Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve started going here recently because it’s right up the street from my house and find it a decent place. I’ve tried a few other places in town and while you may have a good experience here an there, no where has been consistently better than the others. The reason I like Nails 2000, is because they have always been friendly and try their best to fit me in without an appointment. I’ve always loved the freehand designs that they do, other places can’t match the samples properly, so I’d rather have something unique anyway. Also, I’ve had shellac done a few times and only once did the colour peel (which I blame on the product) and when I went in to show them, they fixed it free of charge. The decor is not new and fancy like the other places in town, but as long as the job gets done, I’m not going to be a snob about that. I think the family that runs it are very nice and friendly and I’ve had some lovely conversations with all of them. I’ll probably go today. :)
