★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I treated myself to a pedicure at this location for the first time in August. It was the first time since March (Pandemic) I had entered a public facility other than a grocery store. I felt very comfortable here. The place was extremely clean. Physical distancing was being practiced and masks were mandatory by both staff and customers??
Chan did my feet. She did a great job and was very talkative and friendly. I loved the leg/foot massage! I will definitely be returning here for some pampering in the near future?
While my toes were drying I watched the staff clean up the work stations after customers had left. Staff were very thorough in their cleaning.
Thanks for making my first non grocery store public experience a great one.
The only thing I would suggest is to please turn the music down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I had my gel nails done there 6 days ago I felt a little pain when they told me to put my hands in the dryer. I thought it was maybe because I hadn't had this done for many years. Now 6 days later my nailbeds are highly sensitive and are very painful. I was quoted $50.00 for the gel nails and as they were doing them they raised the price 2x. $60.00 then to $67.20. The $7.20 was on me for getting stickers but why it went from $50. to $60. They said was the color of nail polish I chose. But that was the first one I chose so I don't understand that. The change I made was to have gel nails and I added 2 nail stickers. Wow! I now have found a place my daughter goes to that is good and clean and $15.00 cheaper. So I won't go back to Nails 2000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went here to get my toe nails cut and painted (I almost always get a full pedicure when I go) and they said unless I was getting a full pedicure they won't do it because others in line want a full pedicure and it is "better" for them to take the full pedicure customerz. What they are really saying is "people behind you are paying more money so we don't value your business". Won't go here again.
