They custom created a new entertainment unit for my living room that was not only the best design that I found, but the price was great. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. We have hired N & G on numerous occasions working closely with Edgar and his team member, David. They are always upbeat, respectful, have great ideas and suggestions, but are always willing to listen to what we would like to see as the end result. We did an entire renovation of all rooms. Edgar's expertise and commitment to delivering our dream space made the renovation an enjoyable experience. We relied heavily on Edgar's advice when designing the space and he had the necessary patience to deal with our fluid plans. Edgar delivered high quality drawings of the original plan for us to approve before the work commenced. These drawings ended up looking identical to the final product. Edgar and his team managed to make this seem as if it were an existing cabinet in our six year old townhome. We were able to duplicate the hardware. We could not be happier. Edgar was always available for questions, the cabinet was delivered on time and the installation team was amazing. Professional service from the moment of contact with this company. I ended up paying close to $4000 out-of-pocket to redo my kitchen at that point as Edgar provided a drawing and quote. I’m happy with the kitchen not happy how the one cabinet was left at the end above the fridge. There’s a three-quarter inch gap that was not showed in the picture that I was provided. I wanted a pantry/cabinet put beside the fridge. There should be a gable put underneath the bulkhead beside the cabinet all the way down to the bottom of the fridge. Edgar advised that a gable doesn’t belongs there. Even though several kitchens have it and anyone that’s come to my house said it doesn’t look complete. I told him about the pantry that I wanted there I gave a $500 deposit. Edgar said I was making too many changes he was going to hold off. The only change I made was adding the gable. He then would not respond or take my call. I advised I want my $500 back then and I will just go get it done somewhere else. He refunded and said he’s too busy right now. That’s why he’s getting three stars as I’m left looking for someone else to complete my kitchen and also needs to match the paint. I guess when you don’t have a insurance claim your no longer a customer ??‍♀️ Added pictures so you can see for yourself.

The new kitchen island and quartz countertops made our house more functional and lovelier. When we bought a new house to renovate, N&G was our only call for our kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. Edgar helped us design a beautiful kitchen that is spacious and functional. The cabinets look and work great! His insight to how a kitchen should be laid out was invaluable to us. We are more than pleased with the product and super-pleased with the personal, warm service provided by Edgar and his team. He and his team (David and Aaron) were professional and respectful during the installation while maintaining a good sense humour - anyone can hang cupboards on a straight wall with a level floor. Edgar did it with it crooked walls and uneven floors - and he did it beautifully. You can buy cupboards from a box store and slap them up - or you could get Edgar to custom design and build them so they look like the room was built around them. Edgar was always available to answer questions and offer reassurances. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner and when a minor problem arose after installation - it was happily and quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend N&G. Would definitely work with Edgar and his team again.
