Worst anodizing I ever had done....they dropped one of my parts on the floor and dinged it, there were blemishes on several of the parts and when I got all the pieces back to my shop I discovered that they had forgotten to seal them! I called the guy on it and he told me I`d have to seal them myself! Are you kidding me! Will never go back. Be warned....very unprofessional. There is not an option for no stars.

M	Martin Rennick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had electropolishing done on 304 stainless steel flat stock. I was not allowed to pay by credit card or bank card. They accept cash or cheque only (the sign of a first rate business), so I had to go to a bank machine and come back. I unwrapped the items when I got home, and the material was pitted like sintered metal, with an orange peel surface. I don't know much about electropolishing, but I was clearly expecting a polished surface and this was anything but polished. The owner offered to do them again if I ground/sanded out the surface. In the process of grinding and sanding out the surface I was able to get a polished surface with fine wet sandpaper but didn't have time to return to Waterloo to have them redone. This was a complete waste of time and money. I sent a request for a refund. No reply (another sign of a first rate business). I won't be using this company in the future.
