Shanna got me back to playing tennis and running when I honestly thought maybe I would never be able to do those activities again. She is very professional, very personable and a great physio. I would highly recommend her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First-rate treatment and facilities at Myodetox mean that my whole family go there for our various sports injuries. Alison is a tremendous practitioner who quickly hones in on the issue and provides effective treatment to get me moving again. She is caring and extremely personable - even though physio treatment can be uncomfortable at times, she knows how to work fast and take your mind off the "ouch"es! Highly recommended.

Anna is the most amazing massage therapist ever! She really knows here stuff and absolutely keeps my body moving properly. I’m not sure what kind of state I would be in without her regular check ups.
For Physio, Nathan Vanderkuip is really hard to beat. He’s smart, is always learning new stuff, and has successfully worked me through many injuries over the years! He always gets me back to good health and has helpful tips and suggestions to keep me there.
Seriously, the Myodetox team is brilliant.

Kristen was able to use her knowledge and technical skills to reduce the pain in the very first session.She was also able to give me a clear understanding of what was causing the pain and malfunction. Good advice on exercises, and posture hacks to avoid irritating the sore spots. Thank you for your work, Kristen !

Also, 10/10 on the client care staff at the front. Every time I visit the energy of the clinic is awesome!

Myodetox is helping me gain flexibility and performance faster than I thought possibly. Shanna is wonderful to work with and I could be happier with the results. Definitely give them a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I still can’t always remember how to pronounce their name properly but I really wanted to leave a review for Kim, Carmen and Jon. They have been extremely helpful in relieving the significant pain that I have accrued over time.
They are super friendly and professional, making the environment comfortable for those who may be uncomfortable.
As for the treatments themselves, each exercise is thoroughly explained prior to commencing; educating demonstrating and answering all questions along the way. I was very impressed that they would take the time after the appointment to provide educational tips and exercises. I could go on and on with how great of an experience it is to walk in their doors but I guess you have to try it for yourself.
I’m certainly looking forward to working with the gang long term. The best people.
Oh and your front desk staff are wonderful too!
