I enjoy everything from the music she plays to the lemon waters at the end (and of course the great massage!). I would highly recommend Highland Massage Therapy to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a distance runner and have relied on Shawna's expertise for years. Not only is she an extremely experienced and knowledgeable RMT practitioner, she is a very thoughtful and caring person. She sends me articles on stretching and is always checking in. I never feel rushed and she spends the time needed to figure out why I am tight or hurting. Most of the time, I get deep tissue massage and she has the ability to use a lot of pressure when I need it. I have also had more gentler massages before races which have helped greatly. Shawna's new clinic is bright, spacious and uncluttered, and she has embraced a paperless philosophy, so it's easy to book online. It's so nice to see one RMT all the time who actually gets to know you!

I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Shawna is such a kind, warm and loving person. I will definitely book with her again.
