★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can see many reviews are very positive and I agree. I have been for two acupuncture treatments so far and have seen improvements. But on my second trip I had to wait more than 20 mins that made me late for my next appointment. And then today on my third appointment after 25 mins waiting still not seen too, even though I had an appointment. I cannot understand when I am the second appointment of the day they can work like this. I walked out and cancelled my package of treatment due to principle. Just not good. I guess walk-ins take priority over ones that have appointments. And believe it or not no attempt to recover the business loss. I guess business is too good. You must and be available according their schedule. Good luck if you continue to practice like this. Start caring about your customers. You will be rewarded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic reputation didn't disappoint me. The clinic is located well where parking is easy to find, the place is clean and the staff is friendly. Most of all, Dr Julie Rao is a patient-caring and personable doctor who listens to your problems and focuses on treating your body. I find Dr Rao is a very experienced and genuine doctor, especially with matured or elderly patients. I have recommended my boss and friends to try out the Acupuncture treatments and they gave me positive feedback. Continue to keep up the good work!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor didn't ask too much about my problem, the diagnosis only took a few seconds, then just keep recommending acupuncture treatment. It made me uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I really need it or they are just trying to make a sale. I've seen many Chinese medicine doctors back home, none of them are like this. Eventually she reluctantly prescribed some herbal medicine to me. I was not told what's in there which is ok. I asked for an invoice for insurance claim, the reception girl said she will send it to me in a few hours but I never received it. Very disappointed.
