When we made the offer on our place he gave us great advice and helped us go through all the documents/ strata minutes/ etc.

The process was almost 3 years from start to finish and Matt was there every step of the way. He went above and beyond on so many occasions and was a totally invaluable source of information and support throughout.
Matt really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to try make their experience more enjoyable. He is caring, kind, hard working, well informed, responsive, and has plenty of good advice and recommendations. Plus he will always have your back and will fight for you if needs be (as he did for us on many occasions). We honestly cannot praise him enough, he really simplified the whole complicated process of buying a pre build.
We will absolutely use him again in the future!
