Stan was easy to work with via DocuSign and was quick and efficient in putting together the original offer and subsequent amendments. He fielded communications with the selling agent well and overall did a great job representing me. He is always on time, always dressed well, communicates in a timely and straight forward fashion and I believe you can trust what he says, notwithstanding his being a realtor! All humour aside, Stan will actually represent YOU, not just himself. He helped us move up into a house we weren't sure we could afford by negotiating firmly and patiently on our behalf in a tough market.
