He was very quick to answer our questions and made sure our truck had everything we were looking for. Pat surprised us by finding a part for our mirror that was back ordered across Canada that we did not think we would have for months to come. He was extremely personable and did everything he could to ensure our truck was going to look like new. We live 2 hours away and everything was done over the phone, and instead of having us come pick it up Dale delivered it right to our driveway. All in all we had a wonderful experience with My Motors and will absolutely be back in the future to purchase again. Thanks so much, Scott & Amanda

I have been working with Ryan for almost a year about wanting to purchasile a car, I have met with other dealerships and I had become super nervous and flakey. Ryan introduced my husband and I to Tanya who was absolutely wonderful to work with and super relatable. She eased my nerves with our purchase and never pushed or forced a sale onto us. She showed us information we never have been shown before and worked with us on every single step of the process. Everyone we met at My motors was welcoming and never made you feel out of place. Tanya was an absolute perfect representative for us and over all down to earth person. 10/10 Thank you ?
C	Cyrus Lotfi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time buying a car sight unseen. I did not visit this dealership or see the car in person. I knew exactly what I wanted and these guys had it. After some apprehension Dale helped me make the decision to buy and what a great experience it was! Car was delivered to me in Toronto. What a great way to buy a car. There were two issues with the car, and Dale literally delivered one of the things to me here in Toronto. The other was a very large rust spot/perforation on the passenger side rear door. Dale informed me they would take care of it up to a certain amount but because of the distance and the fact that it was still under warranty I tried to get Infiniti of Canada to take care of as it was still under warranty. Infiniti Canada is NOT the best for these type's of warranties (despite claiming to be a high end brand) and sad to say they didn't fix it. Dale sent me the money and I went to a local body shop! These guys did go way above and beyond and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again in this manner from this dealership. I would recommend for this type of purchase to anyone.
