He is extremely kind, reliable, intelligent, and understanding and is fantastic for working conscientiously through many difficult issues including relationship conflicts and trauma. Mark is also very client-driven, meaning that he helps clients find their own wisdom by working with them on only the issues they feel most ready to tackle within the time line they are ready for. I wouldn't hesitate to refer clients to Mark for caring and professional counselling.

He meets clients where they’re at and really listens to their needs. His understanding of trauma, anger issues, mood disorders, relationship issues, as well as a wide variety of other concerns means that clients feel supported, encouraged, and change becomes more possible in this safe environment. His approach empowers the person to use their own wisdom and enhances their coping skills. I feel confident in referring clients to Mark as I trust that they will benefit from his exceptional and attentive professional counselling skills.

Her approach is practical, ties in body awareness, and forces you to look within for answers. I believe in taking a proactive approach to mental health, and she has been excellent in guiding me in the right direction.
