C	Chris Vollum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my work with students around creating and recognizing sustainable and reputable social media content, I contacted Angela at Guelph Hypnosis Works about how to conduct a visualization exercise. The purpose of the exercise was to have students acknowledge the growing epidemic of Public Shaming, both online and in the physical world. Public Shaming differs dramatically from bullying in that Shaming is relentless, persistent, far-reaching and can be considered “piling-on” when one suffers a social misstep or had made a poor choice in their lives. The strategies Angela conveyed to me as well as the pace, focus and post-exercise ideas were excellent. In having students close their eyes and retreat into their own past to a time when they themselves made a poor choice, misstep or other indiscretion and felt vulnerable, students became visibly introspective, with some uncomfortable, when it was suggested that what if their past indiscretion was made public and shared far, wide, and endlessly across a number of social platforms. In the end, this exercise along with Angela’s expertise and suggested process, served to enlighten many students and parents in my school and corporate workshops. I highly recommend Angela in her work at GHW and feel confident that her skill, compassion and understanding of the human condition and how to enable us to break through to resolution of what ails us is extremely effective.

With their professional sessions I learned to set and print my mind to loose weight and eat well. I started to eat better, by eating only good foods only which is now a lot easier to do. It is now a habit for me to eat well. I don't eat sweets, white bread, butter, fats, chips, etc...... After 8 weeks into the program I lost to pant sizes and/or 20lbs and not 239lbs. I also started exercising at my local Goodlife Fitness gym. With this special tool that I learnt from them I will finally achieve my goal to loose weight down to 200/210lbs. With their program I learned to set a mind set and goal. I strongly recommend Guelph Hypnosis Centre for you to achieve your weight goal, but, you have to believe in yourself to attain your goal.
