Always a short wait! They make you feel comfortable has they can for the test your receiving.

She made sure I was comfortable.
She made sure to explain everything that was happening.
She asked permission before touching me.
She did everything I wish I had the nerve to ask other techs to do in my years of getting tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic staff. Each time I have gone they are on time, courteous and helpful. While I was waiting the staff member behind the desk was assisting an elderly man who had difficulty hearing. She was so patient and went above and beyond to help him where others might be rude or short. It was very impressive to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are amazing. From the receptionist to the xray technician. The technician is informative and made me feel comfortable.They are welcoming. You can see their big smile through the mask. Finally, I saw nice people in office in Sudbury after over 10 years living here. This is just my honest remark. Thank you to the staff.
