All required repairs are done quickly (with my knowing about them ahead of time) and she is always available to me at any time of the day or night. During the pandemic she has also managed to rent out my property and continue to get all needed maintenance done.
I am very happy with the services she provides

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viewed and applied for an apartment through Sherry, the original posting was for $2000.00. I liked the place a lot and it was within our budget so I put in an application (and paid the $25 fee)... Noticed a few days later when Sherry reached out that the posted price had been raised to $2150.00, when I asked Sherry if the apartment would be the $2000.00 I applied for it at she said no. Wasted my time with their dishonesty and scammed me (and possibly others) out of their $25 application fee. Will never look to rent from them again.
