Your medical staff are great, Deb at the front desk is awesome and deserves a raise! Matt, I believe that was his name…was my ultrasound tech and was incredibly professional and explained everything in a calm concise manner that helped keep me at ease. Keep it up guys

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Sudbury Larch location. All I had to do was show up for my appointment! Everything was taken care by them- my doctor sent them my requisition directly and they called me (3 times! as I kept missing calls and didn't get around to returning call) to book an appointment time which was within that same week. Onsite experience went equally smooth - I was 'in' within about 10-12 minutes after I arrived (that includes lineup at reception and wait time). Very down to earth staff, I had a positive first experience.

Arrived and welcomed by the intake medical staff. Organized on two back to back appointments with the emphasis on expediting my experience. Within 2 minutes greeted by the technician who was friendly, comforting and professional throughout the entire procedure. Then she escorted me two my second appt and handed off to Christine's well skilled abilities. My procedure went well and as above, my amazement of how friendly, professional this team is. I was made not to feel like a patient, more like a neigbor or friend. Thank you! Steve K.

Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the female technician who performed my Bone Scan at the MyHealth Diagnostic Imaging Department at 65 Larch St. On Saturday April 2nd, 2022, but she was extremely good at her job. She was friendly, caring, knowledgeable and informative. She made me feel relaxed, safe and well taken care of. She answered my many questions about my health issues (as well as my daughter's concerns )and various tests I've had, as well as the bone scan itself. She also let my husband wait in the inner waiting area, for moral support, which because I was a bit nervous, was something that was very important to me. All of the staff, beginning from my confirmation call on Friday, to the registration desk personnel were just so friendly and that made the overall experience better too.

It's always a pleasant experience when I go there. I was seen by Lise, whom I'd had before. She is the sweetest lady, and my service dog adores her. I'm so grateful to ALL the staff for how welcoming they are towards him. There is a fake skeleton sitting in the lobby. Let me tell you, Hugger was sure eyeing it. Thank you to all the staff, they continue to go above and beyond, and out up with nonsensical patient complaints. But I have absolutely none!

Since we are new the area, we had some difficulties finding the clinic and where to park. Once in the clinic, I found all staff to be very friendly and helpful. Covid-19 protocols were posted and easy to follow, sanitation in the waiting room was strictly followed giving the patients a feeling of being in a safe environment. Keep up the good work!

I always have a 5 star experience here. The staff is patient, caring and compassionate. They also are very clean and forever sanitizing everything all the time. Barely any wait time. Parking is always good too. Park at the back! Don't forget to take your ticket in with you and pay before you leave the building or you can't get out. ? Julie :-)

The experience at My Health Center was very positive. The young lady that greet me at the reception desk, was so helpful and friendly. Made me very comfortable. I showed up a bit early, the wait time was about ,if 5mins.? The technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable and kind.❀ Now comes to parking: That wasn't as pleasant..I ended getting over charged. I paid inside at the kiosks. Then when I got to the parking lot got charged again. I will be watching for that the next time. That was the only negative about my experience
