★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carmen is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. There’s so much to get for your kitty in the shop from litter boxes, to traveling bags and cat backpacks, to different sorts of food. A cat moms heaven!
She helped me buy a special treat for a lost kitty I was trying to capture. And I successfully did!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped by My Cat Time twice a couple weeks ago or so. I hoped upon entering I would find a kitty I could pet...instead I found two large poster photos of Carmen's two cats. As I understand it, My Cat Time recently opened this year and caters only to cat moms and dads, focussing on high quality, high end ish dry and wet cat food, accessories and other necessities cats may need over their lifetimes.
I came away pleasantly surprised, largely because of Carmen's good customer service, handy tips, discounts (as a first-time customer) and the option of delivery (yay delivery!) on items my and my boyfriend's cats needed. I had arranged a delivery of a couple bags of cat food and she included samples of another variety of cat food. The delivery option is nice to have, as it makes things easier and more convenient for the busy cat parent.
I hope My Cat Time will become a fixture of Markham's feline scene.
