First of all start, the business is a cash scum, they only accept cash...ATM ON SITE IN THE TIRE SHOP Hmmmmm...LOL!! Hello Canada Revenue Agency where are you... The tires are terrible quality extremely noisy, his employees are not trained at all, the balancing was done wrong, I had to rebalance the tires at the professional tire shop. On the top of that you have to wait there half day. Not worth the savings! My last visit there take my advice if you don’t trust me, you will see what I mean.
G	Greg White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They left off a bolt holding the rear brake caliper on, there are normally two, causing the wheel to lock up when backing up a day later. I supplied the rebuilt brake caliper they needed to install and required the old part to return to get my deposit back from NAPA where I purchased it. They somehow lost the caliper they replaced. They told me it was in my trunk but got home to find it not there. After much haggling and 3 return visits I finally got $50 compensation from the owner in lieu of the $63 I would have got from NAPA, the original part supplier. Not happy with their service or their owning up to their mistakes. I would doubt the mechanics working for the owner are licensed. There is only one diploma on the wall but several young guys doing mechanical work in the garage. Do not trust owner. Read the other reviews, there is a trend of dishonest dealing.
G	G Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust these guys. I asked for all-season tires, they sold me winter tires (in July) and the wrong size (one size bigger than I had on my car.) Two tires installed for $200, and would not let me pay by VISA but told me I had to use their cash machine. Businesses who cheat on taxes will just as quickly cheat you too! I knew the car was not driving right so I did a closer inspection. Went back to them within a couple days They said if they took the tires back, they couldn't sell them as new anymore, but only sell them for $80 each, so I said, "OK, let's split the difference. That's fair." They agreed to give me back $180. They did not have any tires that I wanted (I was now more savvy about what I would accept), so I went to "SIPAN Tires and Rims" and for $14 more per tire got Yoko tires, balanced and installed and a very professional service. When I went back to these guys that same day to return their tires, they would no longer give me the agreed $180 back but would only give me $150. If they had kept their word and given me back the $180 they promised, I would not have written this review.

E	Ewere Ikem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not pleased with the service. Had my car's control arms replaced in September, went back in October because the install was not completed properly. Now again in December, I found out from another garage that they didn't bolt on the engine mounts on the right side. This resulted in unpleasant vibrations which I though were from the winter tires. Had to return once again to have the bolts installed on the engine mount. What a waste of my time.

S	Santiago Tellez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and untrustworthy. Smoking indoors, damaged part of my bumper because the guy was using his other hand to light a cigar. Took longer than expected. It’s cheap but only if you’re ok with risking more damage to your car. Just spend a little more and go else where.

Size 235/55/20, picked up the tires, he says they were new he put on 245/50/20 s different size, new tires are rated at 11/32 tread depths. Two of these tires were 9/32 and two were 7/32, far from New. He finally gave me back some money, but still not worth what I ended up paying for used tires .
