In my 3 yrs worth of stay with this company, Francesca is by far the BEST site manager they have hired. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Moving to North Bay was already stressful enough for my family. She went above and beyond to resolve our issue. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
C	Christopher DelCiancio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible storage facility with terrible staff. Nothing but problems. Storage unit wasn't clean or empty when I had scheduled for a move in 2 weeks prior. Equipment was left inside and 2 of the 4 garage doors were not working properly (which never got fixed the whole time during my lease, meaning I had to manually open the door and manufacture my own locking system from the inside). They tried charging me for a bigger unit than I had, until I took measurements, with photos, to prove it was a smaller unit. Over a 2 month period, and continued discussions with staff and management, they finally charged me the correct amount. Management was continually rude and unprofessional over the phone. Key fob was also deactivated at random times and if no staff member was in the office I would be locked out for the day. The front desk staff also changed 3 times over a 6 month period which just goes to show you what type on management they have. A horrible experience with this storage company and if you can find another one in the area. Go to it instead.
M	Mary Wegg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On June 9 we reserved and paid $447.47 to secure a large unit that we hoped would become available at the end if June. On July 10th we were told that the unit was now available, but there had been a change in price, and we may no longer wish to rent the unit. We inquired about the price-the $447.47 unit was now over $1000.00 plus taxes to rent…a month! The price more than doubled. We were offered a slightly smaller unit at $961.00/month! We obviously declined, but fair warning to anyone who considers using this company-I’ve heard some horror stories about storage places, and with this kind of conduct, I question their business practices and integrity. Still waiting for our $447.47 to be returned. EDIT: after my original post, we were contacted the next morning by someone from the storage company. She was very apologetic and explained how there had been an administrative error and corrected the error immediately. We were offered an available unit at a reasonable price. The process was simple and friendly, and we are more than happy. I have changed my rating to 5 stars - I was very impressed with their quick response in correcting the error, and how courteous and friendly they were. Happy customer!

He was able to keep a few things there until the very last day without incurring an additional month's charge, he had to use up the first and last. Only gripe - the FREE TRUCK advertised out on the driveway isn't free. You need a credit card, renting it costs around $70, you return it gassed up, and you put a $2500 security deposit on your credit card as a pending charge. I get that you would have to pay. But - not fair in many circumstances for a person who's in a spot due to being bankrupted, or separated, or forced out of house and home - for which a Free Truck looks like a dream come true. It's rather misleading. Like bait and switch. So, I subtracted a few stars.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Tiana, she answered all my questions before and after I moved in, she was very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place.
