The bin was on a monthly rental, but due to the fact that it was returned almost 3 weeks early, I would expect getting a refund of at least 2 weeks. However, the company was not flexible in this regard. Customer service obviously not important..

We were kept informed, they were on time and everything arrived in one piece. Prices were as quoted. The two drivers I dealt with were very pleasant and very professional. As well dealing with insurance I had to have approvals in place before it could be done. They were so accommodating and efficient, it was all done without any pain points. Very pleased with that service and that of the driver who delivered the box. He was very careful about loading and unloading. Great experience all the way around

The communication in Kelowna was great and so were the drivers! We were kept advised of our bins locations etc during the shipping time. The communication from their site in Regina (Jeff) was fantastic! Their driver who delivered our bins was great to work with, prompt ,courteous, friendly! I was apprehensive when I first thought about moving this way but they sure made me feel at ease. I dealt with great people with every phone call and communication. Thank you all.
