The staff are very nice people. I had to rent from Texas to Regina and they made the whole process easy. Rates are not competive or very good. Update*** After using their storage unit for a year here are things to know. Getting a real person to talk to before 9 am and after 5 is zero chance. If you have problems on weekend, you are out of luck. If you can't remember your gate code, or gate isn't working or any technical issues -All calls go to a call center in Ontario. Getting access to people is an impossibility if it's not 9-5, M-F. And holidays, forget it. Whenever you call it goes to Ontario. To me it's a real negative to deal with a call center in Ontario for a storage unit in Saskatchewan. Local service and access is very limited. In the end it wasn't a good choice for our needs as we needed weekend access to storage and service from local people. Hours don't work. It doesn't even make since. People don't move M-F, 9-5. Most people do their moves on weekend, when services are most needed. Also, if you pay your bill a month late they do charge a $50 fee. And if you don't notify them the exact date you are moving they will bill you the entire month, but they don't really bill in 30 day increments either. It's never a full 30 day billing. My last bill was from 6/24- 7/21. It's every 4 weeks, 28 days. They also go up on your rent once you move in. I was charged $219 for two units and then it went up to $234. I let go of one unit and my rate went to $189 hardly a savings from my original two units at move in. They also charge administration fees. You can see when moved in and the rate increases. The location I was at no longer has staff or an office at. The name of the business should be No-Access Storage.

Great place to store you stuff. Close to Regina city limits but far away not to worry as to who walks in. Solid overhead doors that we lock ourselves. I have not jumped on their offer but I'm considering it.

Access Storage takes the stress out of my mess. They are organized better than myself for sure. Great people that bend over backwards to help their customers.

The lady at the storage place was excellent. The person on the phone I talked to the day before was terrible could not understand her very good. After about 15 minutes she said it was booked except to pay when we get there. When we arrived at storage place the lady said it was not booked she had to do everything from the start. So the time on the phone was the waste of time.

This is the first time I've rented a storage unit so I don't have much to compare to. But from the very first phone call I found the staff very customer service focused and helpful. They even switched my unit on the day the movers were bringing everything to the site because of an issue with the door. Then they helped remove an ice build up on the new locker and assisted with a temperamental lock caused by the freezing temperatures!
