B	Blake Bowden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst dentist I have ever been to. I would give them negative stars if I could. They change your appointment without talking to you and make you wait hours to do nothing. I recommend any dentist other then them.
N	N D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here as my regular dentist isn't open in the evening / weekend and the few dentists by my house were booked up till next week. I came in for a cavity check, was quoted 90/exam and roughly $185/starting fee per cavity.. Walked out with Bill for $709.00 for one cavity filling. Perhaps bc I have 2 insurance plans they decided to charge the max they could but I have a cap per year and it's only February so this leaves me with getting less things done for the rest of this year. Was told by the dentist that I may need a root canal several times during the procedure and that I should come back to see him if there's any pain that comes up with that tooth so that he could do the root canal. They wanted to set me up for cleaning and more things but I told them that I'm still planning on continuing with my current dental specialist. I should have taken the bad reviews seriously, not the kind of lesson I wanted to learn today. There are some more things that I noticed but maybe it's just an old building.

There is a receptionist who was wearing black leather jacket and a black top, don’t know her name but she was very rude, stone face and She was talking to me like she is doing a favour to me by sitting up there and Family dental clinic is not paying her salary. I felt disgusted. These are the kind of people because of whose business looses customer and hard work of people like Fahad goes in vain.
M	M E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very positive experience with this dental facility , messaged the office May 2nd and was booked an appointment the following morning with Dr Julia Rutkowski and attended to my dental concerns and was able to perform the majority of the work in a single visit. And the front administrative staff were very attentive and helpful in filing the necessary paperwork for financial aid. Excellent professionalism and personable services I highly recommend this dental office

Such kindness and professionalism, not to mention it is less expensive than the average clinic. In my decades going to dentists across Canada, I've never had a better dentist than Dr. Dupuis. I can't say enough how pleased I am. Highly recommend!!

They direct billed to my insurance and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I loved my experience at My Smile Family Dental and I will continue to come here and recommend to my friends and family.
