★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in my scrubs one afternoon and witnessed who I assume was the owner or manager being very disrespectful and unprofessional towards one of her employees in the middle of the store. She created a very uncomfortable environment for myself and the other customers and I could also tell the employee was embarrassed. I have given my scrubs many chances but time and time again have been extremely disappointed with the customer service, as well as the attitude of the owner/manager. I will most definitely not continue to support my scrubs in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of selection and pants/leggings that fit a plus size and tall woman! Defiantly recommend the 360 leggings. Great customer service and a clean store! A bit on the high end for cost, but if they last for what I go through in a day - it'll be worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would love to give them 5 stars but with how I was treated today with a purchase I made over the phone and then not getting my product because of HUMAN error on writing the correct address. I ordered a bag February 18, and was to receive it February 25 but nothing came. I figured it was due to Canada post as they have had delays for the past few weeks due to Covid. I called the company to inquire about my purchase and was told to give it a few more days . I received a call today and was told that my package was delivered on February 25. I informed them I did not receive the package and was ask for my address to confirm that it was correct one they have on file. I was then told to call Canada post and my credit card company to dispute the purchase as I did not receive my package. I was also told that there was nothing they can do as the package was delivered to my address but in fact it was not delivered to my address but to another address: the street name was correct but door number was wrong all together. I live at 91 and my package ended up at 119. Right numbers but wrong order and a extra 1 was added....
Things happen and I get that . I am very lucky that the person who had my package didn’t keep it. I contacted the company to see how they can make this right as this caused me great stress and for the inconvenience it caused me but I was informed they can’t do anything as I got my package in the end. I was not offered a returned or anything from the start or a way they can help me with finding out where my product may have gone.
Not cool at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried placing an order through Instagram with this business after reading a review from another customer saying that the staff went above and beyond. I was sorely mistaken.
I am a student, and the owner almost refused to give me the advertised student discount, and evaded all my questions through messaging me and kept telling me to call the store. When I told them I didn't have long distance calling on my phone they still kept trying to get me to call the store, instead of them asking how they could contact me to make the sale. When I was able to finally call using a long distance calling card, the owner was rude and not forth coming with costs of anything. She tried to upsell me at every turn. I would have considered purchasing the scrubs I was looking for through an online store since I knew the fit/style/size I was looking for, but the owner doesn't have an online store and stated that it would be "too difficult" to manage an online store.
As a paying customer, I would consider going elsewhere before ordering from this particular company as it seems customer service is not their strong suit. Turns out that if you leave a bad review they block you on social media as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 100 stars I would! All the ladies at My Scrubs are the best! I call them with a list from their Instagram posts and they are always a huge help! It's a personal shopper experience over the phone. They make excellent recommendations and I always love everything! If you need to wear scrubs for work you need to call them, I won't shop anywhere else! Can't wait to visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to do all my ordering through Instagram messaging as I do not live close enough to go shopping at their store. They have the best selections of Form by Cherokee scrubs around! Working in the emergency veterinary industry my schedule is all over the place. The owner was very accommodating and we did the entire transaction through messaging. They were shipped and I received them right away! Love my olive colour scrubs! Thank you, I will be contacting you for another set of forms very soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally worth shopping here even if you live over 1000km away. They made shopping over the phone a breeze. I ended up with scrubs that fit perfectly and that I love so much I turned around and sold all my FIGS scrubs so I could purchase more from My Scrubs. Highly recommend. I wont be retturrning to FIGS after my experience with amazing customer service and the quality here.
