Her patient care coordinator Eva is also wonderful! From start to finish of the whole experience I felt like I was in good hands. I would highly recommend : )

I do not recommend this doctor she is super greedy and will lie to you when she already knows she doesn’t want to perform a surgery for you. First she said she didn’t want to do a surgery then she tells me to come to the office for a consultation so she can scam $100. She could’ve said within the first five minutes there’s nothing I can do for you, I won’t charge you… Instead she decided to beat around the bush and charge me for nothing just to reject me. She was half an hour late for the consultation and the actual consultation lasted about 10 minutes max 15. Office is very ghetto also.. not a nice setting.. Receptionist are condescending and will try to find any way to validate this type of situation.. was expecting more from a Toronto “expert”.
E	Ecyenna Egas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kasrai’s website and Patient Care Coordinators Eva and Helen gave me a good gut feeling which was reinforced after the consultation. Dr. Kasrai explained the procedure and outcome in such a human and comfortable way. She explained the outcome excellently in a way that made me really understand how my body works, what was realistically possible, and what I could expect. She gave me honest advice about what would give the best result with no pressure to go one way or another. It was precisely what I was hoping for - a real conversation about what I want and how to get there. The surgery went smoothly and fast while I lied down listing to a podcast. Dr. Kasrai and her assistants were lovely and kept me distracted while they talked about Halloween costume ideas. The healing went just as described and when I wanted to check in to make sure I was on the right track, I called in and Eva talked me through it with expertise and reassurance. Am I extremely happy with the process and the outcome and cannot thank Dr. Kasrai and her team enough.
S	Sarah Chiarantano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars! - I had a lovely experience with this clinic - From my initial visit, operation day procedure and experience with the staff members during the surgery, to my post-op check up - the staff were polite, considerate and very cooperative along each step. Each team member provided such a welcoming and calm experience. I highly recommend considering Dr. Kasrai and her staff!
S	S A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse. Fake receptionist Eva at the front will be nice in an email (because it’s in writing) and then rude when talking to you. Dr will say she can do the procedure and then make you wait months to book it and then decide she won’t do the procedure because suddenly she can’t even though she confirmed with you in office that she could. I’m quite sure this is an issue of discrimination. They also charged me a ridiculous consultation fee that I’ll never get back. Don’t waste your time or money on these unprofessional, classless scammers. All of my reviews have been good except this one.

Something that stood out to this team was the all women team, along with responses in a timely manner. I inquired in September and was able to be booked in by the beginning of January. Some places told me 2-3 year wait!! Although this is the first day and I have not seen results due to swelling and stitches, I know I’m going to be happy with the results. The day of the surgery I was super nervous going into it but they put me at ease and the process was quick. I was awake, put my headphones in and eventually relaxed. Thank you to the team that made this possible and I am excited to see my results in the upcoming month or so!

I am glad that I chose her for the most important surgery of my life. she changed my body image and made me feel amazing and beautiful. all my friends asking about her and I keep receiving many compliment over my body look. Ava ( her patient care coordinator) is a nice wonderful facilitator with a very good manner and kindness. many of my friends had breast job done and every one happy with the result. I strongly recommend her to everyone who need plastic surgeries.

I felt comfortable the entire process and it could not have went smoother. Even when I was nervous, her nurse Erica made sure to calm my nerves and do everything she could to make me feel okay. Eva was the first point of contact and she's the friendliest and warmest person ever to deal with which made first impressions of the practice great. I did my research before hand on which surgeon I was going to chose and I'm so happy I decided to go with Dr. Kasrai. If I ever need anything else done I will without a doubt return to her. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
