After that service I decided to ship my vehicle in February 2021. It took a little longer, probably because of Covid Delays, which is understandable. Susan was awesome and answered all of my questions. I would recommend MVS to anyone who wishes to ship their vehicle across the province!!!!

They were quick to respond, and their quoted price was very reasonable for the service provided. In the end, their tracking software was a great feature as I was provided regular updates regarding the location of the vehicle in transit. Would be happy to use MVS again, and would recommend them for friends and family!

From the initial inquiry, and through every stage to delivery, MVS were extremely professional, communicative and more importantly - looked after my baby! They provided upfront costs with no hidden surprises, and a traceable delivery schedule. The driver delivered my car straight to my door, and called me the day before delivery, and twice on the day of delivery, to ensure I would be available. The car was perfect, and just as how I remembered it. Without hesitation, I would certainly recommend using MVS Canada. What a great bunch!

My car was stuck in there for a while and it didn't move until I contacted them. Would have accepted that it was an honest mistake, but they were very rude and showed no remorse when I called many times.

When dropping the car off they signed off on no damage to the vehicle with their representative. Now when the car has been picked up with damage they refuse to acknowledge the damage. They claim it is pre-existing and try to "prove" the damage existed previously. What they are claiming is damage is very clearly a reflection from another vehicle. Very unprofessional. When calling in about the damage the person in charge of claims, Nick Madore, who I believe might be the owner as well is always "out of the office". Only after calling many times was I able to finally get him on the phone at which point the unprofessionalism continues. Would I ship with them again? Not a chance. I've attached the picture where he claims the damage existed previously. Clear as day we see it as the reflection of the car and license plate.

H	Hayden Helin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When dropping off my vehicle in Vancouver BC I had to go to the office to get a map and papers to fill out, then I had to drive a few blocks away from the office to park my car in a different yard. Then I had to close the gate for them and walk all the way back to the office to drop off the keys. The window of time for dropping off my vehicle was 18 days, 7 days for in the yard and 10 days for train travel and yet my car was still 6 days behind so the window of time should be 30 days so that people have a vehicle when they move to their new city or province. Finally, when I picked up my vehicle it was dead and I had to call the office for the yard guy to come and jump my car, it took 30 minutes for him to jump my vehicle. I will use another vehicle shipping company when I move back to BC from ON. And I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone I know with all the problems and things I had to do unless I hate that person and then I would recommend MVS Car Shipping.
