★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished this "tour" today. I was excited as I had taken many other boat cruises in Muskoka before. This was not a tour. It was a boat ride. I was disappointed there was no commentary. We didn't know which lakes we were in or what we were looking at. I assumed (my mistake) that when I booked a boat tour it would be a tour, I got a beautiful boat ride on a lovely boat. Don't get me wrong, the scenery was beautiful I just felt the experience was lack luster for the price. Also at the end, they dropped us just before the locks and the only way to get back to the road was to climb a big hill then come down. Alot of seniors were having trouble. I probably won't return with their line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Parking is tiny. We were an hour late sailing. Stuck in locks. No music, no quided talking by the crew. Tiny snack bar. Not worth 90 dols at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic cruise! I went with my parents yesterday and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The tour guide was so vibrant and energetic, but was also very firm about COVID-19 safety guidelines which made us all feel at ease. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boat itself was nice & clean with a smooth check in process. Very punctual too. However, there was no commentary during the tour which we expected. So, we were just sailing in the lake and watching outside at the cottages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for serving us on the yacht cruise yesterday. I really liked the enthusiasm and friendliness of the female tour guide. The scene in Muskoka is very beautiful. During the trip, I had a chance to get some fresh air and I love this. Your boat is very clean and moves very smoothly during the trip. Although the COVID pandemic is a very challenging time, you guys have done a great job guiding everyone to sanitize their hands. I hope I can have an opportunity to see you again in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed our cruise on the Tom Thomson. We did the Rosseau Lake cruise out of Port Carling. Lisa, the tour guide, was great. I spoke to her several times in advance of the cruise sorting out all the details. When we arrived, she took special care in welcoming us aboard and providing a very personalized experience. In spite of the rainy fall day, being out on the water and seeing everything from this very unique perspective was a thrill. Looking forward to returning next summer to do it again! Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lucked out with great weather and got to sit up top. We were expecting some info throughout the cruise about the area but not much was given. The music playing was very inappropriate for children and was only turned off when guests asked as there were several children onboard. Covid precautions were to wear masks only inside on the lower level but not needed up top despite not much space between guests. It was somewhat difficult to find the meeting point as there was only a flag labeled “cruise” without a company name from the main road however there is free parking along the street and free parking lots near by.
