★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in town, waited in line with my family for 35 minutes and declined us service at 8:19pm when they close at 8:30. Will never come here again. So unprofessional!!
In response to you're message, yes one of your staff said "after 9:30" who is not served will not be taken care of. It was 8:19 lol not 8:30 and we were next in line. If you and your staff want to go out on a weekend that bad maybe close your store earlier. The way your staff talked to customers was extremely rude. At 8:35 your store was empty and closed you and your staff were outside taking signs inside. Like I said in my original post that was the most unprofessional service I've ever witnessed and received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of great flavors and they all taste so good.The shop is in a great location, I like to get some ice cream then walk by the water, very relaxing. I definitely recommend stopping by if your in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place took my money for something I ordered then informed me that they dont have that flavor and then when I asked for my money back she said "we dont do that".
I argued for a while then realized she doesnt care at all. So sad because I want to support this place over Sweet Jesus across the street but I'll never be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their frozen yogurt, but wish they had multiple machines as the line up for yogurt can get pretty crazy during peek summer days. I always feel bad for the staff who are trying so hard to make the yogurts as fast as people are ordering them
