S	Sam Botterill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uninterested in selling you anything it seems, sales clerk was no where to be seen most of the time. One digital piano seemed to be actually out of tune, not sure how that happens.
E	Elaine Tsang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mary is really the most patient, helpful and attentive salesperson you could ever talked to. I would give her more stars if google allowed. Ordering through the phone isn’t easy when you don’t live in the same town, but this lady is willing to go out of her way to assist and even send pictures so that I could see the actual pianos. And I also really like that she’s not pushy and doesn’t up-sell. Whoever needs a piano, highly recommend Musicm! I’m excited to pick up my piano from them in 2 weeks, will update then! Update: I just picked up my piano yesterday! I didn’t get to see Mary the manager, but Jered the floor staff was just as nice! Not only he took down the piano, wrapped it nicely, he also went extra miles to move the piano piece by piece with my husband to our trunk! Thank you once again for everything! Will definitely come back in the future!
A	Ani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience with the manager ( a woman) ONLY !!! I insist because their employees are nice and they deserve a better person than her to manage them ! I came to buy a piano and took the mesurement to make sure it fit my place. I came back the very next day with a truck to grab it and the price changed 100$ extra !!! She said that they did a mistake on the price and it concern another one seriously ?! The employee the day before didnt mentioned it... and the price tag was still on top of the piano at that time. Anyway this is their fault and not the customer fault. But we tried to find a solution with the manager by adding a bench so we can get it at the price we saw. But this lady was extremely rude to us and didn't want to do any arrangement. She was mad and was trying to call her employees that was in the shop the day before to fight them ? Serisouly ? Instead of trying to find a solution ? What a very bad management. Dear Misses it may be in your company's best interest to honor the advertised price rather than anger potential customers and fight your employees for a mistake. Hope you thought about it after we left and I told you I will leave you a bad review so here it is ;)
B	Benny Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Services. Bought the piano in Dec. 2020. Due to the pandemic they were not able to send the piano tuner right away, but they kept their promise and sent over a tuner as soon as lockdown was over. Quality piano from Japan at excellent prices.

A	Andrei Novikov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff. Needed to buy a guitar for my son for his Birthday. He was able to try few of them and pick the one he liked the most. Personnel let us take all the time we wanted and was able to answer all our questions. Will definitely go back to MusucM when we need to buy any additional accessories.
R	Ryan Byrne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is just Chinese counterfeit guitars. They are not even decent quality counterfeits either. I stopped in here for strings as it was the closest store to me on Google. He had one old pack of cheap Chinese strings and told me they were top quality. I took a look at the guitars, and then I realized why this place is in an industrial complex with the instruments hidden in the back room out of view. Don't buy this stuff! They will tell you they are refurbished or on consignment and don't know the origin, so he doesn't get in trouble. If he knew anything at all about them, he would know they were fake. All of them, not just a couple. It's obviously a lie. They are terrible quality, and you're better off buying an inexpensive model from a well-known brand at a reputable store where you'll get quality products and a warranty. When this place eventually gets shut down, you don't want to be left with an instrument that no store will work on if anything happens.
