★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow is this review long over due. The staff of Long & McQuade have three things in common. Customer Service and their passion for music and knowledge of instruments The ultimate test, they're willing to lose a sale if the instrument is not a good fit for the customer. I'm a long term customer, renting DJ Equipment and buying instruments and acessories.
In particular I have been serviced by Mono many times who is a long time employee who'll knowlege is superb. Looking forward to going back. I always leave with a smile on my face. Good job guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a keyboard yesterday. The gentleman helping us was kind and knowledgeable.
I called today to ask if we can alter the return date.
Spoke with Lindsay who easily and quickly helped. She was cheerful and knowledgable.
A big thank you to both of these workers for providing such great customer service. This type of service is seldom seen today. It was a pleasure to speak with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gary at the Brampton location was amazing! I just started learning how to play the drums and was totally lost buying cymbals. Gary explained everything there is to know about them with demonstration, enthusiasm, and patience. I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg as I am just starting out (who knew they were so pricey), and I was shown the differences between different used cymbals as if I were buying $500 new ones. If you’re looking for percussion, ask for Gary!

He was very knowledgeable about the product specifications, offered excellent recommendations for our needs, and explored various different options with us. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented 4 wireless mics, mixer, and speaker set for book launch event last weekend. I did a sound check 1 hour before the event, all was good. At the time of the event we couldn’t get any of the mics to work properly, so we just asked the panelists to hold the mics for the video content. On Monday when I returned the equipment I was given a FULL refund. Now that is what you call customer service. Will be recommending and using L&M again.
